Mathieu
Mathieu, known as mateo.moves on social media, is the founder and lead coach of Calisthenics MTL. A dedicated practitioner since 2012, Mathieu has built a reputation for his dynamic approach, combining strength, endurance, and creativity in different styles of classes. He began coaching full-time in 2016, leading highly successful group classes across well-known gyms and bringing his expertise to all levels and ages. With a strong foundation from hands-on experience and a coaching certificate, Mathieu is now a key figure in the local calisthenics community, inspiring athletes through original, challenging routines and fostering a supportive community around Calisthenics MTL.
Amie Patching
Amie Patching is a professional circus artist and handstand coach. She started handbalancing at the age of 12 whilst training in a youth circus school in Australia and moved to Canada at the age of 19 to continue her studies at the National Circus School of Montréal.
Since graduating in 2020, Amie has been touring and performing with companies such as Cirque Eloize and les 7 doigts de la main both in Canada and internationally.
When she is not performing, she is home in Montreal coaching as she adores sharing her knowledge and passion for handstands.
